Initially we needed standard assessments applicable to younger populations (middle school, high school), as well as a spectrum of assessments and exercises that serve growing skill levels and role responsibilities. The platform has helped us prioritize hiring for skills over everything else that typically has some form of unconscious bias, be it school, gender, etc. With an automated platform, we are now able to fasten the entire hiring process and bring more skilled/qualified candidates on board.
