My experience with HackerRank was a little rocky in the beginning, but I have built a great relationship with Caroline and she has been extremely helpful since we have had her as our CSM. If we have questions or concerns she connects us with the right people in her company or she sends us FAQ's that help us help ourselves.We have enjoyed being able to build out multiple different types of challenges in the platform. We have used these challenges in interviews, but also at conferences.

HackerRank lets me create assessments that I can utilize to evaluate my company's current workforce as well as the new resources that we are hiring. I have used other platforms in the past but HackerRank's features are great especially the identification if some questions are leaked on the internet so you can modify your tests and remove those leaked questions. As the name implies, Hakerrank definitely specializes in helping developers and tech recruiters and it is an outstanding solution in that aspect. I feel confident that anyone who passes the filters and certificates from Hackerrank is competent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main issue for HR is that when a company needs to hire a profile other than coding roles, it will need to hire an entirely different solution. This makes HR overly specialized but less competitive than other solutions such as Test Gorilla. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HackerRank has helped us design standardized assessments for our early talent career programs, as well as other roles within our organziation. As they continue to build on their Certified Assessment capabilities, we itended to utilized those as well.
