The tool is really useful to help us identify tech talent through a range of products (pair programming, white boarding design, technical tests) and it helps us build scalable hiring programmes. I do love how easy it is to create a test and send it to the candidates. Also HackerRank offers a lot of ways to test candidates' knowledge which is a great advantage.
