I love being able to find content without having to go and search for it. I can click into GTM Buddy, directly from an email I'm writing, and search the content I need. I have found many pieces of collaterall that I didn't even know about prior to using GTM-B. I also love the ability to put a pricing PDF as hyperlink, so that I can see how long somone viewed a quote for. The notification are also great to know when people are opening your emails or links. If your company doesn't put any information in GTM Buddy, then there is nothing to search for, and then the only value is notifications, which is good.
