"Build elegant online sites - host yourself or on Gitbooks' server"
What do you like best about GitBook?

Gitbooks makes it super simple to create custom sites with tools anyone can quickly learn to use. A primarily drag-and-drop interface and ability to fully customize are major plusses. In addition, it's simple to host on Gitbook's servers or locally on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GitBook?

I wish there had been clearer instructions for self-hosting, although it wasn't too hard to figure out. As with most products, additional out-of-box options would be useful, such as additional templates or more customizable drag-and-drop options (like a more custom side bar). "Gitbook User Experience"
What do you like best about GitBook?

The best part about Gitbook is that it is very team-oriented which works if you are working in a company which involves a lot of collaboration. You can all lay out your thoughts and responses in an organized and efficient fashion and everything is very easy to learn even for beginners. You can easily update your drafts so adding finishing touches or extra edits is never a problem. The docs can also be set to private which makes it safe to use and secure for your team members. It is easy to track too in terms of history edits and it is easy to fix mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GitBook?

I think there should me more variety in terms of the API's offered, but the ones they have are still nice and it is very easy to search up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
