The fact that everything important is locked down and can't easily be changed.
When CE was doing our weekly payroll, we had less access to our own information, and had to contact CE with any minor problems. The resoultion time was never great for having a dead line for payroll.

I love that Deltek ComputerEase is cloud based. You can work from any where, and if having any issues, you can reach out to support and chat with a live person.
