The web port can be dreadfully slow with every page load (even when it's working). The UI is quite bad - can be very confusing, especially when the left navigation can change depending on the projects you're in. The UI of editing a particular workflow, it's rules, and data maps is very frustrating at times. There's no syntax checking or hightlighting when writing queries or functions with custom logic and variables, etc. When modifying a data map within a rule, you can't simply save the changes you made from within the data map UI - you have to instead close the large poppup and then save the workflow. This is extremely annoying since DBSync serves as a middleware application that, by it's own nature, is not something I need to modify often and therefore re-learning the quirks of the DBSync UI is not a great experience. Also, the technical documentation is absolutely horrible and is usually a waste of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
