What do you like best about Coderbyte for Employers?

- Screen recording of how candidate is able to make progress on the coding questions.

- Have ability to create custom questions

- Google search capabilities in-built. It also records what candidate has search for. This is very real-life like situation where we want the candidates to promote to let them search for some language specific syntax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- We use Coderbyte platform to send out coding tests to selected candidates and only phone screen the ones who have decently/successfully attempted to solve coding questions. By using this platform we have significantly reduced "phone-screen" rejects. Most of the candidates pass our phone screen rounds. Our plan is to completely bypass phone screen rounds.
