Automation of the screening process which helps to reduce a lot of administrative workload. Statistics that can help us to collate test scores vs post-hiring performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ran into a few hiccups with plan subscriptions and billings (some due to our own misunderstanding), but CS was very helpful and quick to fix those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very easy to log in and set up an interview quickly. The pricing is also very favorable as we scale up our hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially when we're not doing a lot of hiring, it was a bit of a hurdle to justify the cost of a monthly subscription. However the pay-per-candidate plan really helps with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the suggested test and easy to use interface a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is not 24H, which makes it hard for overseas people like me to use their services and get help immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Helped me identify strong candidates easily and saved a lot of time. The coderbyte team was very responsive to issues and the software allowed me to quickly find qualified candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were, at times, minor issues that were fixed quickly by the team. I would have preferred no problems, although that is much easier said than done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tests are very easy to set up and candidates like it because they still can use google and they also have the same interface type as in Visual Studio (with code autocomplete and validation). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like more diversity in the tests. There are enough tests to test a candidate, but many are situations likely to be covered in school courses. When hiring a freshly graduated candidate, it's more likely they will know what to do because they have done the same test at school. Also, more tests will be required as the app market share grows since candidates will see the same tests from one employer to the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
