Is there a confident method we can use to update CRM automatically based on what was said in a call?
We'd like to use the Chorus transcription to check boxes, edit or add to notes fields, etc. based on what was said in a conversation. Something like "Check box if CDP or Customer Data Platform is mentioned", or "Add Company Y to Competitors field if mentioned".
