RDS is one of the best features of aqs it is easy to setup and operating, scaling it is very easy.

This helps us in automation of time consuming tasks like database setup, patching and taking backups.

RDS provides best security it will make sure data is protected with IAM for who can access my databases.

It is managed by AWS and we can use it as a service. It is very easy to implement and easy to integrate with the application. It's has features like auto update and backup of database. Managing relational database is way easier in RDS than classic database models.

I am able to automate some management and maintenance tasks which helps my work.

Replication of RDS based db's is a bit time taking in my experience. SSH is not supported so Linux based environments is a challange.

I have used RDS service provided by Amazon in many projects and my experience from creating a Database on AWS and then integrating it with my backend was smooth. I never faced any issues in the integration. RDS is very safe and cusomizable that makes it best in the software developement. AWS cloud is the most popular cloud services in the current market. AWS has more than 250+ services which will help any size of organization to run their app and data applications in cloud without worry about the managing physical infrastructure. AWS has foot print across the globe which can solve and provide the advance features like security, compliance requirements for customer w.r.t regions. AWS has very good services in Data and Analytics category by which organizations can easily migrate their data workload and build new data eco system in cloud easily, securely and flexible way.
