Not even a little bit. And no, their logging add on doesn't compare to what an actual SIEM/SOAR platform does.

Not a SIEM; however, they do have a logging add on that collects logs from workstations called LogIC

no it is an MDR which is better then a SIEM. Please hit Google to have differences explained.
