Clunky userface. Reporting is not great. Multiple subsidiares and currencies difficult to use. Initial setup took awhile to finally get integrations to work as they should. Support team generally cant answer any questions.
How easy it is to report invoices and receipts to finance dept. I also really love that there is a hot swappable physical card that you can connect to multiple digital cards.
Customer support reps are not equipped to help customers Product onboarding is very cumbersome (took me 2+ hours and still haven't made first payment)
