What do you like best about Doxy.me?

Doxy.me is simple to setup, simple to use and it just works. We've had almost no issues with it and the few we did seemed to be related to the patient's internet connection or device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doxy.me?

I wish they would allow us to create an Admin type user and for that user to have access to reports for each physician under our Clinic account. We need to have accurate tracking on the patient, date and also start time and end time of the Telemedicine visit broken down by each provider. So, basically I wish there was a central reporting system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Try it and I think you will see how easy it is to setup and use. We love it. Anytime something new works and my users and patients all like it, then I am very happy. What problems is Doxy.me solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a simple way to offer Telemedicine visits to our patients during the COVID-19 crisis and Doxy.me was the best solution we could find. It's inexpensive, very easy to setup and use and reliable. The patients have been very happy with the visits and the physicians are happy with how easy it is for them to use. What do you dislike about Doxy.me?

Pricing is a little high for the advanced feature, but competitive. Would be night to have differenct pricing tiers with some of the advanced features available at lower price point. "Amazing and Safe Platform"

What do you like best about Doxy.me?

I love how easy Doxy is to use and the new updates that have been made with therapy tools are cool! The white board is super hepful and easy to use during therapy sessions!

Doxy can be more stable client side if they have internet issues now which is awesome! The chat feature is very helpful if there are audio issues.

Now being able to share sound in sessions too makes doing play therapy even better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Doxy.me?

Doxy.me is super easy to use - for both the clinician and the client/patient. I like that there is a simple URL for both my clients and me to remember and that there is a waiting room that clients can wait in while I finish up with another. Also, I like the new updates with the whiteboard to illustrate concepts I'm using in my psychotherapy sessions. It harkens to the share-screen function, which allows me to conduct sessions just as if I was in-person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doxy.me?

There are very few things that I dislike about Doxy.me. One is that there are sometimes issues with clients joining a call with video and audio synced up, but there is a fairly easy fix for that in-session. Another issue is that it seems that Doxy.me works better on laptops/computers and is more iffy on phones/tablets for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easiest Tele-health option to use"

What do you like best about Doxy.me?

I love that the client does not need to download an app or anything or even create a login to use this telehealth option. All you need to do is send them the link; once they click the link, they type in their name, and it takes them straight to the meeting. It is HIPAA compliant, and no one else can join the meeting. What do you dislike about Doxy.me?

Sometimes it would be helpful to allow a third person into the meeting. Doxy.me does not allow more than two people. But I understand why they do not allow more people, and it is a small complaint for such a great resrouce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doxy.me solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a social worker, so I use Doxy.me for telehealth meetings with my clients. It is excellent because many clients can do it from their phones, as most don't have a computer.
