What do you like best about Whova?

What I liked best about using the Whova app was how it brought everything I needed for the event into one convenient place. The app made it incredibly easy to access the full agenda, session descriptions, and even room maps, so I never felt lost or out of the loop.

I especially appreciated the networking features-being able to scan QR codes and view attendee profiles, send messages, and exchange contact information digitally helped me connect with the right people and made professional networking feel effortless.

The interactive elements, like live polls and Q&A during sessions, kept me engaged, and the personalized schedule and reminders ensured I didn’t miss anything important. Sharing experiences through photos and updates was fun, and I found the app’s interface intuitive and easy to use. Ease of Use:

Swoogo is very intuitive and user-friendly. Even with minimal training, it’s easy to build event pages, manage registrations, and pull reports. The interface is well-organized, which makes it simple to navigate and update event details on the fly.

Ease of Implementation:

Getting started with Swoogo was straightforward, and the setup process was well-supported by their team. Customization was smooth, and their hands-on assistance helped us get up and running quickly for even complex projects.

Customer Support:

This is where Swoogo truly shines. Their support team is exceptional—quick to respond (often within hours) and always willing to go the extra mile. For a recent customization project, they scheduled working sessions and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was implemented exactly as we needed. Easily the best support I’ve experienced with any platform.

Frequency of Use:

We use Swoogo regularly for events of all sizes, from webinars to large conferences. It has become our go-to platform due to its flexibility and reliability.

Number of Features:

Swoogo offers a robust set of features that cover everything from registration and email marketing to custom forms and reporting. The Snapshot Report is especially useful—it provides a high-level overview with the ability to drill down into specific attendee data.

Ease of Integration:

Integrations are generally smooth, but for onsite check-in and badge printing, we do rely on a third-party partner. The sync works most of the time, though there can be slight delays occasionally. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

Honestly, there’s nothing I truly dislike about the Swoogo platform itself — it’s excellent. However, I do wish everything could be housed under one roof. For onsite check-in and badge printing, we currently use a third-party partner that integrates with Swoogo. While the sync usually works well, there are occasional delays of a few seconds or minutes when syncing onsite data.

With our previous platform, we were limited by a credit-based or per-event model, which made it difficult to manage smaller events without worrying about using up credits. Swoogo solves that problem by allowing us to run an unlimited number of events—big or small—without the added stress of tracking usage or fees per event.

This flexibility has been a huge benefit for our team. We’re now able to use Swoogo not only for large conferences and trainings but also for smaller gatherings like luncheons and internal events. What do you like best about RegFox?

Last September, we hosted our first-ever Women's Weekend at our summer camp and the registration platform I used was a bit clunky. We only host a few events outside the regular camp season and some can be a bit complex for set-up. The first thing that caught my eye with RegFox was the bounty of helpful, short, video tutorials. Set-up is very user-friendly and intuitive to start with, but I also like to figure things out on my own as much as possible as typically it can slow things down to have to wait for response to a "help ticket" or something of the sort. That being said, when I couldn't find an answer to what I was looking for, I typed a question into the chat box and - wham! - back came a speedy reply from Whitney - a real human being! She was terrific, and continued to be on a zoom that we scheduled to go over a few more questions I had. For actual features, I appreciate creating "actions" (if this, then that) as they allow for a less-cluttered appearance and I suspect it will help with reporting later on. The platform allows you to create codes for specific registrants (discounted or free attendance) so that they can be in the system, making it easy for blast emails, and RegFox also offers numerous templates to get you up and running quickly if you're not into designing. What do you dislike about RegFox?

It doesn't seem as easy and straightforward to register two people as it could be, though I need to take another look at that. And I'd *love* a housing/accommodation feature where I could enter into the backend (ie for my eyes only) the various housing units we have (cabins and houses at a summer camp) and be able to place registrants in them via drag 'n' drop and then run a report on who is staying where. The most helpful part about it is how I am able to categorize events based on their nature. Since people always look out for events based on whether its business/networking/party/adventure.., Eventbrite has always given me the ease of categorizing my events so people can find them easily. Eventbrite is so far a credible platform for me, with customer support agents operating around the clock to assist me if I am undergoing any issue with my ticketing. I have the Eventbrite app on my phone for easy access - it was hassle-free! It also generates a lot of event registrations for me, even without any paid promotions. Best of all, the cost to our organization is zero, Purplepass service fees are minimal and can be absorbed by your organization or passed along to the audience member, so we just adjust out pricing to offset those small costs. What do you like best about EventCreate?

I have to say that I have been extremely impressed how easy it has been to create and manage my event using EventCreate. No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using. Within an hour, my event website was posted for me to share with my prospective attendees to start signing up. EventCreate's partnership with Stripe made accepting payments easy to integrate and use. What do you dislike about EventCreate?

At the moment, I see nothing to dislike about EventCreate. The only thing I would recommend would be another price tier (slightly above the free version) for smaller event planners who plan events a little less frequently. What do you like best about Accelevents?

I researched several different providers and landed on Accelevents as the best value for overall features and customization. The entire team is amazing, with exceptional response time via chat support. I was able to customize anything I needed for implementation and the system was user friendly. I have used this at two full events and will use it again for another this September (2025).

One of the biggest bonuses and reason for picking Accelevents was their integration with Square for credit card processing (everyone else used Stripe). We also utilized the integration with our new HubSpot system.

As a person who uses multiple systems and has many years of experience, I most appreciate the constant improvements made by the team. You can tell Marvin takes great pride in his product and knows things can always be improved. And they do it regularly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

If I had to pick one thing that was quirky it would be the mobile app. It was a bit cumbersome for us. But, we are an in-person event only. Sometimes people would be redirected to the browser instead of the actual app and they'd get frustrated. We would be able to assist 9 of 10 times, but the overall experience can be better.

What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our attendees have been impressed with the onsite check-in and badge printing. We used to pre-print badges ahead of time; then, have to sift through all the names on-site. It took way too long and held everyone up waiting their turn.

Regarding the integrated mobile app, I normally have to export multiple files to a 3rd party vendor. There are constant corrections that I have to keep up with and sometimes changes are missed. What do you like best about FacilityOS?

We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

Only thing is we wish that the Sign Out button on the bottom right-hand corner of the kiosk could be bigger or highlighted to stand out better. When guests need to sign out, they have difficulty finding that button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby.
