What do you like best about Hostaway?

Hostaway delivers exactly what they advertise, plus more. From the get-go our assigned ambassador, Fatih, has been incredibly helpful and right next to us every step of the way. Right away we set up the connections and got access to the main functions we were interested in, but the more we use the Software and the more we consult with Fatih, the more things we unlock and access.

They've definitely spent a lot of time thinking about what a host/property manager needs out of their software and have made it easy to access and tweak. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serious channel manager, coming from experience having used 2 other APIs in the past. I can't stress out enough how amazing it is to have a really helpful, always available and cheerful Customer Support Agent at your side, who speaks clear English. What do you dislike about Hostaway?

So far I dislike two things, which is the lack of a night-mode (as I use it on every application and I think it's mandatory) and secondly, the lack of auto-translation, or a translation button in the inbox. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Channel Manager, Calendar Sync, Instant Inbox across platforms or SMS, easy-to-access edits and tweaks for every listing, easy export to all platforms, financial reports, statistics, easy to implement add-ons, really nice and easy to use booking engine and a lot more.

Cloudbeds is always slow, I'm not talking (only) about downtime, but even when it is green in their status tracker, the data loads so slow, for each reload you have to wait at least 10-20 second stairing to your client's eyes like we're in 1998.

I think they don't have the enthusiasm to overhaul and use new technologies like injecting new updates to the page without refreshing( that now exist just in calendar view). Prior to using Wheelhouse, we had a flat rate across the year, which meant that we often undercharged for holidays, weekends, and peak summer months but also overcharged the other dates. Now we can maximise our earnings by offering market-driven, competitive rates year round.

The software integrates easily with most major booking platforms and offers simple, no-fuss features for beginners, as well as more advanced settings for users that want to fine-tune pricing features. There are a lot of choices in the market place for pricing tools and many are cheaper than Beyond but what I have found is that Beyond is continuously adding new tools, improving old tools and asking for operator opinions to improve their software, it's functionality and success rate. What do you dislike about Beyond?

I haven't discovered one thing about Beyond that I dislike. Having the right customer success manager is crucial as they work closely with you over the course of time and see things you might not so they have to be in tune with your strategy and goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intelligent, dynamic pricing. Predicting market trends ahead of the booking window and actioning strategy in time frames that will lead to visible financial success. Time saving- it used to be a project to set rates for the season and dynamic pricing was a pipe dream. Now, I have my levers set and setting/ adjusting pricing takes a fraction of the time which leads to instant strategy implementation by season. Adjusting on the fly and in real time allows me to not leave money on the table and ensure I have a healthy balance of occupancy and rate to exceed my owners expectations. What do you like best about OwnerRez?

I can't say enough about my positive experience with OwnerRez. I've been in real estate (sales & property management) for 20 years now so I've interacted with a multitude of online platforms and service providers and this has BY FAR been my best experience at getting one set up.

The guidance provided during this entire process is unmatched! Their support team is responsive, precise and professional! I worked with Ken primarily and he was the absolute best. Whenever I got stuck or needed advice or instructions on how to set something up he quickly pointed me in the right direction.

Their platform is organized, efficient, extremely in depth and yet easy to navigate and set up. As with everything, there is a learning curve, but once you get it all going it makes your vacation rental(s) so much easier to manage across the various rental sites.
