What do you like best about Birdeye?

We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. What do you like best about Reputation?

I like all of the tools it provides, frankly. There's such a depth of utility that I haven't gotten around to using them all, and I'd consider myself a power user. I'm currently building some dashboards, managing Reputation for about 200 entities, and use it every business day. I find its tools are reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

I would like more clarity on metrics. And I'm not the only one around who'd like that - many people in my company say the same thing. If the Reputation score for a given entity is a rolling average — or a rolling metric of any kind, really — then it's critical to explain what time frames are being factored into each rolling average. I don't know if my response rate, for example, counts toward my score based on data from the last 3 months, the last month, the last 2 years, the last year... nothing. And none of the Reputation score components offer any clarity on how their rolling timeframes are determined. I'm not asking for the proprietary formula — and frankly, I think it's anything more than a minor risk to Reputation's market share, even if the formula was public. What do you like best about NiceJob?

I learned how important Google reviews are, but I wasn't consistently asking for reviews. NiceJob easily integrated with my CRM and automatically started asking my customers for Google reviews.

I know I can fo even more, but this was so easy and affordable and way better than what I was (wasn't) doing.

It helped me more than double my revenue in the year since I started. It also helped me dramatically lower my marketing costs because the reviews caused Google to send MANY more leads my way that value 5 star reviews.

I also have been able to raise my prices because the reviews help people who value great service find me. The Google algorithm seems to love consistent, 5 star, descriptive reviews and Nicejob is delivering those.

What do you like best about Edge?

Edge works like a Dam and allows us to stop a potential bad situation from getting to our google review page. It allows us to fix the issue, allows customers to vent through text which oddly in turn makes addressing the issue easier because they had a chance to get it out without putting it on google once again. It's super easy to respond to reviews, respond through text to address issues, and being able to see staff stats as well which is great! I get an email that allows me to quickly address issues which has me logging in almost daily because it's keeping me and the team on it.

Oggvo is making automating review capture and posting easier. Since we've started with Oggvo, we've gained 50+ five-star reviews on our Google Business page. This has helped us stand out in the crowded local real estate field and has even earned us a few new clients!

Oggvo also continues to support their clients after the sale. We have regular (at least quarterly and lately monthly!) check-ins with Jessica Adams, our account representative, to help us optimize the software. These check-ins are incredibly useful. She reviews our progress, looks at our pages with me and makes helpful suggestions to tweak things to make them better. The review "asks" and posted reviews look great, and Jessica helps us make sure they get properly posted to our social media and Google Business pages.
