What I like most about Streamline is how much it simplifies the planning process. It’s really helped us cut down on manual work and made everything a lot more efficient. I use Streamline regularly, and while it’s generally very efficient, some features—especially around data filtering and setting up custom views—could be more intuitive. Streamline has really helped us improve how we plan our inventory. By analyzing past trends along with current demand, it gives us a much clearer picture of what to order and when. I have been using Netsuite for past 3 years. Netsuite is one of the best accounting software i have used. It is easy to use and come with lots of features, security. What do you like best about Coupa?

Coupa is able to handle both complex and simple tasks which provides a variety of uses depending on the size of your business. I primarily used this to track receipts and request payouts for business trips, purchases, and stipends. If I used my purchasing card, the purchase would auto populate which was great for visibility to my managers and for my own knowledge. Great product overall! What do you dislike about Coupa?

The mobile interface was not ideal, I preferred to use the web version for ease of use. At first it took me a bit to wrap my head around navigating the program, but it was still relatively quick to learn and pick up when I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well it is solving multiple problems across the org, which is what is great about Coupa, there are functions that relate to our finance and AP teams that I don't even touch, but it helps streamline financial payouts and processing across the board. What do you like best about Acumatica?

I have used many small accounting and larger ERP systems. None work like Acumatica. When I said this system was written to run in the cloud - I really mean it. You can tell the company worked hard with industry experts to plan, design, and then program a software solution. This is not legacy software attempting to run in the cloud.

You can import and export from any system screen. Most common user screens have the ability with one click like sales order but for power users you can easily hit any screen/table you want.

I required very fancy customer discounts. This was the only system that could handle it.

I have over 100k SKUs and 50k bins. The system didn't complain. No user screens started to choke either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an integrations specialist, I've enjoyed the straight-forward approach to a Business Process. I'm a daily user, both in front and back end. I've implemented everything a Small/Med Size business could need, and rarely depended on a service provider to make-sense of what I was doing. Migrating our previous systems to this platform would've been impossible without the Service Providers available for the product. Being a Microsoft product, the ecosystem of instant-connections like Power Automate, Power BI, and the extensible API within BC itself, have all made Business Central work with our business very effectively. This error often appears during data splitting and indicates data corruption. Repairing the company data is the recommended solution.

You can handle it without using mouse (by keyboard only), it's make your speed better in work.

What do you like best about LEAFIO AI Retail Platform?

Our experience with Leafio visual merchandising software has been great so far. The visual analytics, especially in the sets, really help us narrow down what is selling and what isn’t. The visual reports, with their color coding, make it easier to identify what we should remove from our assortment.

Resets are now so much faster because we’re not figuring out the planograms manually—they’re already built for us. This will also significantly improve our AI ordering process, as the system will know what’s currently in the stores. I think the least useful point is when the data is not updated, impacting the results and suggestions of LeanDNA. An example would be the ERP update that is done at 5 AM, so throughout the day we don't have new updates on variations and materials that have arrived. Another point is that the teams that supply us with materials, when they enter the material's deadline in LeanDNA, the order appears as components okay, but in reality, they are not okay, as sometimes the deadline is not met. Having a simple solution with a lot of data processing on the backend allows up to add new Clients at Bulu quickly on the Extensiv manager as well as partner with other 3PL's for fulfillment, storage and shipping of "the Tricky Ship" which Bulu specializes and says that "We Do The Tricky Ship™". What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

It has made it easier for me to keep all my records in order. Before, we had to use many programs and Excel sheets, and it was much more complicated to keep things organized. What do you like best about StockIQ?

one of my favorite features in Stock IQ is that almost every report is available to download in a csv file to create my own reports, there is a lot of data available in each module so is really convenient to have easy access to this data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

Interface is not user friendly, navigating thru Stock IQ is not really intuitive you have to know your way into the program, to know where the information you're looking for is located at.
