I use Streamline regularly, and while it’s generally very efficient, some features—especially around data filtering and setting up custom views—could be more intuitive. Streamline has really helped us improve how we plan our inventory. By analyzing past trends along with current demand, it gives us a much clearer picture of what to order and when. It’s especially helpful with seasonal products and managing different supplier lead times. I like this product but there are some issues which i faced during my usage. As a user I have to post multiple transfer entries from one bank account to other. so I cant do this via upload csv for this i have to do multiple manual entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Netsuite is mainly helping us in Accounting. It helps us in monitoring Inventory accurately and recording accounts payable via PO. This is very helpful and make our work easy. With the help of this we can easily monitor inventory, In this way it is helping us. Well it is solving multiple problems across the org, which is what is great about Coupa, there are functions that relate to our finance and AP teams that I don't even touch, but it helps streamline financial payouts and processing across the board. I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having visibility into all orders and all the details is really easy to do in Xoro. Other ERP's struggle with this. And it's all configurable so you can see only what you want to see. On top of that, the advance search capabilities lets you filters out the orders using almost any criteria. This makes processing/fulfilling orders really simple as you can do them in batches. In addition, our highly regulated market requires us to be able to customize our system exactly as we require it. We do have issues with larger sets, the more items the slower it takes to load. Also we like each equipment to be unique and that is a pain to set up as we have 100s of sets, I don’t want to have to make 100s of different templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the least useful point is when the data is not updated, impacting the results and suggestions of LeanDNA. An example would be the ERP update that is done at 5 AM, so throughout the day we don't have new updates on variations and materials that have arrived. Another point is that the teams that supply us with materials, when they enter the material's deadline in LeanDNA, the order appears as components okay, but in reality, they are not okay, as sometimes the deadline is not met. Because at Bulu, We Do The Tricky Ship™ and that keeps Extensiv busy adding features. Having a simple solution with a lot of data processing on the backend allows up to add new Clients at Bulu quickly on the Extensiv manager as well as partner with other 3PL's for fulfillment, storage and shipping of "the Tricky Ship" which Bulu specializes and says that "We Do The Tricky Ship™". What I don't like about Odoo is that sometimes some things don't work as they should or feel incomplete. There are features that could be easier to use. I've also noticed that some updates bring new bugs or change things without much notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has made it easier for me to keep all my records in order. Before, we had to use many programs and Excel sheets, and it was much more complicated to keep things organized. Although there is still much to complete, now everything is divided into sales, inventory, customer, and freight modules, so it is easier to solve my daily tasks. What I like least about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the complexity in adapting the platform to very specific needs, which may require advanced customizations. Additionally, the cost of implementation and maintenance can be a challenge for smaller companies, which may not have the infrastructure or resources needed to fully benefit from the solution. Interface is not user friendly, navigating thru Stock IQ is not really intuitive you have to know your way into the program, to know where the information you're looking for is located at.
