What do you like best about Calendly?

Huge time saver: No more endless back-and-forth emails trying to find a good meeting time. I just share my link, and clients pick a slot—boom, it’s scheduled and added to my calendar instantly. That’s a productivity win any day. I love being able to connect several calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically embed Zoom links. It keeps everything synced and conflict-free. Time-zone detection, buffer windows between meetings, automated reminders — it all combines to keep my day on track and noise-free. What do you dislike about Calendly?

Occasionally, the mobile app freezes or crashes. Reinstalling or restarting works, but it’s a pain when you’re trying to set up on the go. I have also had a few reminders land in my spam folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Novi AMS?

I’ve been a daily NoviAMS user since 2017 as it manages our non-profit trade association, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate for individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned techies.

One of the standout features is its seamless integration with QuickBooks Online. This has saved us a significant amount of time and reduced errors when managing our financials, as everything syncs automatically. Whether I’m tracking memberships, managing events, or running reports, the software ensures everything runs smoothly.

Overall, NoviAMS has simplified our operations and made our work more efficient. The onboarding process was something we were unsure about but nded up being smooth. We had a dedicated team member every step of the way. I highly recommend it to any non-profit organization or association looking for an intuitive and effective complete management tool.

This is so difficult because there aren't many downsides to the product for us. Almost no downtime in the almost 10 years we have been using it.

I would say it's ability to use other products but now it has an open API so other tools and software work together. That's a gamechanger for our trade show.

Before NoviAMS, we wre trakcing memberships using a clunky spreadsheet. That is a thing of the past.

We used to do so many manual ccounting tasks that are 100% automated and trackable using NoviAMS and QuickBoos Online.

We are saving so much precious staff time now that members can register themselves, download receipts, add their own team members, etc., using their Member Compass dashboard.

It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. I send myself emails all the time and time them to arrive when it is most efficient. Scheduled messages to myself and my team also helps to ensure regular tasks are never forgotten. - Track is an inbound RevOps software that does so much more than that. The complete integration of calendars plus the ability to create Huddle & Collective Links make communication so seamless.

- Track’s intuitive and well thought out user interface makes it easy to get around and use the app, even if you’re just starting out. Then once you’re used to it, you will be surprised as to how much time the keyboard shortcuts save you, thoroughly impressive!

I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). What do you like best about Q-Flow Platform?

The console is very well organized. I like the user interface's access to all functions on the left side; the technical team is amiable. They contacted me by email to schedule an exhibition that was 30 minutes very pleasant, the flow of customers is optimal, and the function to schedule appointments like, in it, you can manage business processes in an orderly manner which allows orderly. What do you dislike about Q-Flow Platform?

What problems is Q-Flow Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated. What do you like best about vcita?

I have used this solution for a number of customers and found it simple for the clients to use as a CRM for estimating and communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vcita?

When doing a deeper dive to set up marketing templates, realised you have to pay even more to simply adjust your templates !! A big mis sell to me also using Zapier to drag information into the platform did not work, so issues in pushing the correct data you want for your clients in the solution and was unable to resolve, with both parties blaming each other. WaitWell is a great system for our customer and has all the extra perks we have been looking for. It has been a very easy implementation for our team members and our customers. The customer support with Dave Campbell is a great asset making the ease of use seamless. The intergration with our offices was very quick, easy and has made our processes more efficient as we use this system on daily making the frequency of use efficient and effective. I have to honestly say we havent encountoured any downside or anything that we dislike. If we ever have any questions about the system Dave Campbell is always there for questions or a quick call for assistance. Can't get any better than that.
