What do you like best about Gusto?

I have used Gusto at two workplaces. When I moved to the second workplace, they used spreadsheets to track time before. This was tedious, messy, and resulted in human error monthly. I was thrilled when they chose to implement Gusto and it has made daily time tracking so much easier! The time tracking feature is easily accessible on the home screen or on my phone via the app, so even if I am working offsite, I can still clock in and out easily wherever I am!

What do you dislike about Gusto?

Truly the only improvement I can think of for Gusto is to allow for expense submissions in the app. Currently, I take pictures of receipts on my phone and then have to email them to myself to upload them to Gusto on my laptop. The fact that they are updated regularly with the most recent legal changes is a game changer. What do you like best about Kota?

We discovered Kota after we had already begun renewing our private medical scheme benefits with our previous broker.

Kota not only provided a more affordable quote than our previous industry-leading broker but also enrolled us with Vitality, which was an improvement over our previous scheme with another insurer. As a result, more employees have joined our scheme since we switched to Kota.

The most significant improvement for us has been the customer support since the transition. Kota managed to transition us between insurers within a week and were very hands-on throughout the entire process. We don't have any specific dislikes, but there are a few enhancements we would love to see:

1. Consolidation of Benefits: It would be fantastic if Kota could increase the range of benefits offered. It would be great if we could offer some additional benefits without having to find a different provider, such as cash plan medical, cycle to work, staff discounts, etc.

We've integrated the Kota platform with our HR system, making enrolment a breeze. Now, we can easily see who is and isn't enrolled in one place.

What do you like best about Worknice?

Worknice has streamlined our school's HR processes by providing an easy-to-use platform to onboard new staff; store current staff information; manage compliance documentation; process leave requests; and generate contracts. The team have been very responsive to our needs and have gone above and beyond to help us resolve a challenge within our organisation relating to staff work patterns and leave requests. The user interface of Worknice is easy to navigate, with filters and tags making it easy to sort and filter through information easily. What do you dislike about Worknice?

We have not come across any features that we dislike about Worknice. Any feedback that we have provided to the team has been taken on board and we have really liked the new features that have been rolled out since we became a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR4?

We love the Health and Safety aspect of the app. The fact that each employee has the app on their phone (which is optional depending on company policy) makes communication easy. We also love that everything is in one place. mission statement, employee handbook, training tools , scheduling, onboarding for hiring, personal files including CRA tax forms etc can be all stored on this app. We have the basic HR4 at this point and are only 1 month in. We are just starting our journey but are veryimpressed. The implentation team was great, the support is awesome, always their to assist and help in any way. The set up was easier than I anticipated and I have had a lot experience in implenting new systems, so I would definatly recommend HR4. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Health and Saftey in on applicaiton, with WHMIS training, being able to upload minutes of the H&S meetings. The time and attendance we love.
