What do you like best about Rippling?

I like its friendliness and ability to display the information I want without digging or having to google "how to do 'x' inside of Rippling." An example is the paystubs feature. In one click, I can get the latest paystub and see all my company benefits payments (e.g. medical, 401K, insurance), PTO hours, Volunteer hours, Expense Report reimbursements, etc. -- all on one page. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The individual frames and panels cannot be resized. I would recommend implementing this, as not everyone uses exclusively a cell phone to access Rippling. Desktop workstations with large monitors sometimes need the individual frames and panels to be resized to fit information better, or to remove text wrapping. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I have been with my current company for over 20 years now. We have always had manual time cards that office staff would write on with a pen to track their time. Our field workers had an old time clock to manually punch in/out each day, and they had gotten into a bad habit of clocking each other in/out at incorrect times. We are very small, with a very small budget to match. We can't afford some big, high-tech, "no way to bypass the system" solution to our needs. When I came across Connecteam, I was very excited to learn it is no cost to employers with under 10 employees. That absolutely fits in our budget!

I was afraid that our "non-tech" employees would struggle with it at first, and our office staff would have to help them learn how to install/set up their account. I was surprised to hear that everyone downloaded the app and had access to it almost immediately after we launched it. It was so easy to integrate into our daily routine, once everyone got into the habit of remembering to clock in/out each day.

My favorite feature is the geofence, so employees cannot clock in/out unless they are physically on site. I also love being able to track their movements during the day, to see where they are when we need them. Connecteam is so very robust in all its features.... I can't even imagine paying hundreds of dollars a year for anything else! This does everything we need it to do - and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is definitely helping with the theft of time problem we were having when field employees were clocking in/out for each other. They can't do that anymore. It also shows if someone is lying about where they are, due to the trackers. I love that. It helps our HR person with calculating time as well. The most helpful part of Gusto is having paychecks, insurance references, reviews and all functions of HR at my fingertips at any time of the day or week. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gusto benefits employees by having a central, easy to use location for times when we need to access seldom used HR benefits like dental or figure out if we should change the 401k withdrawals due to a new life circumstance. It's def my best HR experience, even better than some of the giant orgs I've worked for with 40,000 employees. Our adminstrators leverage this tool and provide a better level of HR customer service to 25 people than I received in an org that probably had a team of 100 HR employees. I absolutely love BambooHR—both as an HR Manager and as an employee. It’s truly an all-in-one platform that makes my day-to-day so much easier. Everything works seamlessly, from employee records and time-off tracking to onboarding and performance management. The user interface is intuitive, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the system efficient and easy to use.

One of the things I appreciate most is how BambooHR continues to innovate. The new products and features being launched are exactly what we need to stay organized and ahead of the curve. Every update seems to solve a real-world HR challenge. It’s made a huge impact on how we manage our people and processes—and I couldn’t imagine going back to the way things were before.

UKG is so user friendly, and I just found my favorite part! I'ts probably the "HELP" section. I have not visited this page before but there is a wealth of information in which I can learn from and expand my knowledge as a USER or hopefully someday, and OWNER of a company. By far you have excellent customer support, and I can see when I have more time I will log on to the "help" page to use more frequently with questions I may have. What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Absolutely NOTHING! I could see though if you were the Administrator, you may get a little overwhelmed inputting everyone's information, and keeping up with the Announcement page, and a few other links I browsed through quickly that my current Company does not take advantage of as of yet. I'm certain that in due time they can continue adding to this valuable platform which contains so much information. UKG has so many different choices, plans, schedules, reports, histories, comparisons, places to download, and hubs that include such valuable information that I feel there is no one else needed to look at, to turn too, or compare with when searching competitors. UKG has it all and more! This platform is so easy to use, and it's clean and simple, just what I like. I can use a little bit of the platform or a lot! The ease of getting help is amazing, and as I frequent UKG each day I work, I find it so convenient, enjoyable, along with useful and not overwhelming or stressful. I can navigate to where I want to when I want to and it's easy to find my way around. I feel safe and secure and trust this security that they have backing them. Monitask is extremely easy to use for managing our remote marketing staff. I can see screenshots, app usage, and total hours worked all in one dashboard. The real-time tracking and productivity reports have helped us improve accountability and efficiency. The onboarding process was smooth, and it didn’t require any technical setup. It also runs quietly in the background, so it doesn’t disturb team members while they’re working. One limitation is the lack of deeper integration with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp. While time tracking and screenshots are solid, sometimes exporting weekly reports can take time to process when you're managing multiple users. I’d also appreciate more flexible reporting filters and a visual calendar or task timeline view within the dashboard. Mobile app functionality could be more refined too. I attempted to use my benefits for a monthly membership at Massage Envy, but I could never get appointments without waiting 2-3 weeks. I cancelled the membership. I also have a membership with the Joint Chiropractic, but every time I submitted proof of services and payments, I was denied. I still have The Joint membership , but do not ask for reimbursement. What i like best about Orgzit as the operations manager at Senocare is that i can manage all of our clients, service tickets, invoices in one spot.Orgzit delivers dashboard to me and my colleagues in operations, finance and sales to help us stay on the top of business goals and take action on them.Orgzit has also assisted us with a few of bespoke features that other products are unable to provide.These are a pre-paid wallet system and invoicing custom tax processing. It’s a complex workflow and Orgzit helps reduce mistakes and save time.

What do you like best about Sling?

It is easy to read and download. I have never had to call customer support for any issues. I check this on a daily basis for my on-call schedule. It allows me to see when things have changed on my schedule and notifies me before each shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kota?

We discovered Kota after we had already begun renewing our private medical scheme benefits with our previous broker.

Kota not only provided a more affordable quote than our previous industry-leading broker but also enrolled us with Vitality, which was an improvement over our previous scheme with another insurer. As a result, more employees have joined our scheme since we switched to Kota.

The most significant improvement for us has been the customer support since the transition. Kota managed to transition us between insurers within a week and were very hands-on throughout the entire process. They have remained responsive now that we’re up and running, and we actually have a dedicated contact person for any discussions. It's so nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kota?

We don't have any specific dislikes, but there are a few enhancements we would love to see:

1. Consolidation of Benefits: It would be fantastic if Kota could increase the range of benefits offered. It would be great if we could offer some additional benefits without having to find a different provider, such as cash plan medical, cycle to work, staff discounts, etc.

2. Global Office Management: We have offices in several countries, including Canada, the US, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, and the UAE. It would be great if we could manage these international offices through Kota as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kota solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've integrated the Kota platform with our HR system, making enrolment a breeze. Now, we can easily see who is and isn't enrolled in one place.

Monthly invoicing helps manage our cash flow, and we can download member lists and invoices directly from the portal.

We're currently setting up our benefits on the Kota app and are excited to launch this to our staff. This will be our first opportunity to showcase our benefits in a comprehensive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
