The HubSpot integration works well. Everything just flows together without any headaches. I also have to give props to their customer support team. Anytime I've had questions or run into issues, they've been super helpful and quick to respond. It's nice to actually get real help when you need it instead of being bounced around. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

My biggest gripe is the name. I can't tell you how many times customers have asked me if the PandaDoc email is legit or if it's some kind of spam. The name just doesn't scream "professional document signing platform". It sounds more like a random app or something sketchy. It basically eliminated all the back-and-forth email chaos we used to have with getting contracts signed. As most companies, we have historically used servers on folders as "data management" and not true any true DMS. Over the last year, several of our teams have transitioned to ACC for DMS and have seen considerable improvement to workflows, speed of use, and general positivity! We are using it multiple times per day, and are constantly looking for additional features to integrate into our workflows. While our teams were not initially excited about the change, it was a relatively easy shift since Desktop Connector allows teams to keep a similar view to what they're accustomed to. What do you like best about Proposify?

It's quick to use and allows for consistency with a business that changes often. It allows our remote team to literally be on the same page for quotes, contracts, and more. We love how easy it is to use and manipulate a proposal to match the needs of each of our clients and use it every day to help entice guests to come to Catalina.

Set up was relatively simple given that we have a large variety of vendors & activities in our offering and we're able to easily use it with our CRM (ActiveCampaign) and utilize it as a tool to help ensure accuracy through our ticketing software (FareHarbor) especially for private groups and custom packages.

Their customer support is super helpful and friendly and I like that they bring a little humor to their chat support, too. It's also been nice to get communications from their leadership in our inbox. The emails are a quick read and have offered some good insights and jogged some good ideas while we're in our project mode season (off-season).

What do you dislike about Proposify?

Proposify solves issues we used to have with consistency in content & pricing. It saves us time by have ready made pages that we've created instead of having to reinvent the wheel for every guest. Proposals used to take us up to 30-60 minutes to build. Now we're sending out proposals in under 10 minutes (usually in 3-5 for simple proposals). It's also ensuring our client and our team are on the same pages. Changes are made live in the proposal so the most recent version is the one we're all seeing & using. Qwilr has transformed our sales team’s workflow. Previously, we relied on a manual process, taking screenshots of spreadsheets and uploading them to Canva to create our proposals. Now, with Qwilr, we simply input the products into Salesforce, and everything is generated with the click of a button. It has been incredibly helpful to have the proposals ready before a demo, allowing us to show potential clients the pricing right away. Implementation was super easy and only took a few hours to really understand how to use. I create multiple proposals every day the amount of time I'm saving is amazing. Qwilr is addressing the time it takes to create proposals. Previously, it would take over 30 minutes to create a proposal, but now it only takes a maximum of 5 minutes.

We used to download our proposals as PDFs and upload them to another system to send for e-signature. Now, I can simply copy the link and send it directly to the client. Being able to collaborate with other areas of the business in one place. Current and future developments of AI to enhance our responses and make our bid process more efficient. The library which is easy to use and maintain allowing us to keep our content up to date. Being able to tag other team members on comments to highlight any issues or raise anything to them they may need to know. The machine learning aspect to again further help enhance our responses. It was straight forward to implement and looks like it will be easy to get it to integrate without other systems such as Seismic and salesforce. Newman is always on hand to help with anything we're struggling with. We use this system every single day for most of the tenders we get through (if they're suitable to be loaded in). Cant work on the original source doc outside of Loopio for the bits that arent suitable to be loaded in until youve exported everything out, have o wait to export all responses in Loopio to be able to then do the other bits. Some word docs and spreadsheets we receive arent always suitable format wise to go in to Loopio making it hard to load them in and fully work in Loopio and not have to do things after exporting. You could provide Intact with functionality that Intacct has not provided. ARMatic has offered us months for free use while reviewing the program and has finally delivered outstanding support for tens of thousands of dollars cheaper that the Intacct Software itself provides connectivity to allow NonIntacct employees to record bill payments. What do you dislike about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

What do you like best about Subskribe?

The best part about Subskribe is how it enables us to quickly launch and test new price offerings. We can define plan pricing, billing cycles, trial periods etc all through their friendly UI. This agility has allowed us to optimize our SaaS plans to maximize revenue. As a founder, having a billing system that can keep up with our evolving business model is invaluable.
