What do you like best about Calendly?

Huge time saver: No more endless back-and-forth emails trying to find a good meeting time. I just share my link, and clients pick a slot—boom, it’s scheduled and added to my calendar instantly. That’s a productivity win any day. I love being able to connect several calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically embed Zoom links. It keeps everything synced and conflict-free. Time-zone detection, buffer windows between meetings, automated reminders — it all combines to keep my day on track and noise-free. What do you dislike about Calendly?

We use Waitwhile a few times a year, when we vend at festivals/expos, and it works great! It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. The setup is simple, and they're constantly improving and making thins even easier to use. Any time we've had an issue or question, the support team has been quick and friendly to help. When we first started vending at festivals and expos, we were writing down the name and phone number of people to create a waiting list and then manually texting them when it was their turn. It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. - Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). When doing a deeper dive to set up marketing templates, realised you have to pay even more to simply adjust your templates !! A big mis sell to me also using Zapier to drag information into the platform did not work, so issues in pushing the correct data you want for your clients in the solution and was unable to resolve, with both parties blaming each other. What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

1. I am extremely disappointed with YCBM support, as despite implementing the system for scheduling, the support team appears unfamiliar with managing time zones, struggled to book in GMT, provided incorrect guidance, and lacked a crucial function, leaving a simple issue—where my team couldn’t view round-robin appointments—unresolved for over a week, resulting in two missed appointments and financial loss, while the support representative wrongly implied the error was mine and advised changing a time zone setting that didn’t exist.

2. YCBM should allow for individual personalization of notifications rather than applying the same settings to all appointments.

3. There needs to be a function for diary owners to label appointments differently, such as "Second Appointment" or "Personal Appointment," to support accurate data analysis.

4. The export data function is overly detailed and complex, making it difficult to extract and use the information efficiently.

5. Individual adviser availability should work across multiple diaries, including personal and linked diaries, rather than being restricted to a single personal calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?

I’m currently using Brevo to handle contact form submissions from my WordPress site (https://fetishfurniture.org), where I build and sell handcrafted BDSM furniture. I connected it via Contact Form 7 and Brevo SMTP to ensure messages reach my inbox reliably.

Setup was easy, and delivery has been excellent so far — no missing emails or spam issues. I haven’t used their marketing tools yet, but for transactional use and responding to customer inquiries, Brevo has been dependable and easy to manage.

What do you dislike about Brevo Marketing Platform?

What problems is Brevo Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brevo is solving a simple but critical problem for my business: making sure that customer messages sent through my website’s contact form actually reach me — and that I can reply through a reliable, authenticated email system. Before using Brevo, I had issues with contact form messages getting flagged as spam or not being delivered at all.

By routing Contact Form 7 submissions through Brevo’s SMTP and sender verification tools, I’ve been able to ensure every customer inquiry comes through cleanly. That directly benefits my business by helping me respond quickly to questions, build trust, and avoid losing potential orders due to broken communication.

I’m not using the full marketing suite yet, but I’m already benefiting from solid deliverability, DNS management, and reliable email infrastructure — especially important for a niche e-commerce site like mine, FetishFurniture.org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
