What do you like best about Calendly?

Huge time saver: No more endless back-and-forth emails trying to find a good meeting time. I just share my link, and clients pick a slot—boom, it’s scheduled and added to my calendar instantly. That’s a productivity win any day. I love being able to connect several calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically embed Zoom links. It keeps everything synced and conflict-free. Time-zone detection, buffer windows between meetings, automated reminders — it all combines to keep my day on track and noise-free. What do you dislike about Calendly?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby. What do you like best about Envoy Visitors?

We have had this software at our business for several years. It has many features that have proved very helpful for us. We have used the visitor sign-in information for fire and severe weather protocols to make sure everyone is accounted for, we have used the reports to determine how often a vendor is here, to track times that a vendor was here to confirm if they were involved in a questionable activity, to make sure after-hours delivery people showed up, and to find the exact name of a visitor to send them correspondence. As a front desk person, it is very helpful to identify the exact name of who is visiting, their company and let their sign-in info notify whom they are visiting. The only problem I find is having to keep an eye on things to make sure vendors are signed out if they fail to do so when they leave. I haven't tried any other product for managing hot desks, but I joined several demonstrations and Archie seemed to be on par with the best options other there. The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two. We use Waitwhile a few times a year, when we vend at festivals/expos, and it works great! It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. The setup is simple, and they're constantly improving and making thins even easier to use. Any time we've had an issue or question, the support team has been quick and friendly to help. When we first started vending at festivals and expos, we were writing down the name and phone number of people to create a waiting list and then manually texting them when it was their turn. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is something I use all day long, everyday as does my team. I like the combination of my outlook account and Microsoft apps in one log in. I need the option to organize my busy inbox, and make folders and reminders for items needing follow up. I need my calendar and schedule linked to my email and many meetings, log ins, reminders, be able to share my calendar as needed. The apps for PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and One Drive are my constants. Microsoft 365 gives me the tools I need to exchange information, create presentations, organize and review new messages with ease and make my workload more manageable. Teams has become a large part of our communication and meeting platform this past year. It is easy to deploy to our mobile workforce and those that are not very tech savvy. What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a very busy email inbox and need to be able to organize priority emails or senders and keep my responses accurate and timely. outlook assist me with that. I need apps that work together and being able to prepare a presentation in Power Point and then present it live in person or via Teams or both at the same time is one example. I use my calendar to track reminders, meetings, combine calendars and events from other staff members and this integrates with TEAMS. As a healthcare agency, I often screen share for teaching purposes with my mobile workforce for example without requiring them to physically be in the office. I also us it to give live updates to insurance companies as needed. I have several programs that can generate excel reports. Once in Excel I can sort and manipulate the data as I need to for internal use or sometimes to create presentations and feedback for our vendors, referral sources and clients. It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. I send myself emails all the time and time them to arrive when it is most efficient. Scheduled messages to myself and my team also helps to ensure regular tasks are never forgotten. - Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

It is very customizable. We were very easily able to set it up to function exactly the way we wanted it to for our boutique personal training studio. The software is intuitive and you can easily navigate to the funstion you need in multiple different ways. The onboarding was comprehensive and the customer support has been amazing. What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

I think one of the only complaints we have is that sometimes it can be a little slow to reflect changes in the staff elevate app. For example, if you cancel or reschedule a client in the app, it may take time to be able to viaibly see the change on the schedule. What do you like best about Q-Flow Platform?

The console is very well organized. I like the user interface's access to all functions on the left side; the technical team is amiable. They contacted me by email to schedule an exhibition that was 30 minutes very pleasant, the flow of customers is optimal, and the function to schedule appointments like, in it, you can manage business processes in an orderly manner which allows orderly. The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated. What do you like best about vcita?

I have used this solution for a number of customers and found it simple for the clients to use as a CRM for estimating and communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vcita?

When doing a deeper dive to set up marketing templates, realised you have to pay even more to simply adjust your templates !! A big mis sell to me also using Zapier to drag information into the platform did not work, so issues in pushing the correct data you want for your clients in the solution and was unable to resolve, with both parties blaming each other.
