Easy to set up, gentle learning curve for new users. Great tool to enable the more seasoned team members sharing their knowledge with the less experienced ones. The more it is utilized, the more useful it gets.

Just like the "open" version acress all Internet, the interface makes it easy to use. I use it all the time either to ask question or find answers. It looks like there is a tons of features!
