It helped me help my customers when I'm not on my desk. Their mobile app is amazing. I think it would be great if they add more features like email scheduling etc in the mobile app

It works. I need a simple chat widget to communicate with visitors to my site. For that purpose, it works pretty well. I can access it from my browser and the mobile app, and it supports push notifications, so I don't miss any conversations.
The information it stores about users is super helpful - especially their country of origin and pages they've visited on my website.
