the most thing i like about Gist is LiveChat widget it looks very modern style on desktop & good on mobile also live agent icons looks good too the ability to upload files is good too I like they have chatbot support & knowledge area for articles & info before starting chat

I am very pleased with features like snooze, it's really useful to clear up the workspace a bit. Also great is that you can so very easily edit chats even after they are sent, or reopen them after they are closed.
