The thing we liked best about Gist is that it is an all-inclusive platform within which you can do both marketing and business process management. In EMV we used different vertical platforms to do everything, now with Gist a large part of the business processes can be managed in one app.

I've found Gist to be a very intuitive software to set up. It integrates well with my existing SOP and the support through both Knowledgebase and WebChat has been efficient and fast. I'm still learning how to master the software, but each day it is adding value.
