Having a video call and coding in the same place. The instruction tab is beneficial for the candidate to look up the problem statement details quickly. Also, I found out about the drawing feature recently, and it's a great feature, especially for system design questions.

It's straightforward to use. I've used it for hundreds of interviews, and there are usually no issues even with candidates who have never used CoderPad for the first time. Autocomplete works great too.

Many languages offered. Easy to add question. Easy to share link to interviewee and co-interviewer. Sessions recorded and easy to play back.
