I like how well the IDE/shell works, and the fact that code can be entered directly in the Node.js shell to get an instant evaluation, just as if you were doing it from a shell on your machine. The color highlighting makes it easy to track who is where and doing what in the editor, and the ability to pre-define questions and scenarios ahead of time and load them as needed is great. It doesn't hurt that there are so many supported languages (and even frameworks on specific languages), even if I tend to use just the JavaScript system.
