Code road is a helpful platform to collaborate and to watch users in their coding process.

Reliability and intuitive UI. The playback feature is awesome.

Support for a great number of programming languages, ability to run code, and IDE features like warnings and autocomplete. Competing products that I have tried in the past have not had the same feature set.
