"An amazing program with a very steep learning curve"

What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

We can't wait until we actually understand how Zoho works and how to get the most out of it. It is so far showing us that it is going to do a lot of amazing things for our company, and we are very excited to start to be able to use it to its full purpose. We have Zoho learn as part of Zoho One, unfortunately we are still battling through trying to work out exactly how this works along with most of the other apps. What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

Overall, I don't know about its features to be able to answer this honestly yet. I would say what I dislike about Zoho Learn is the same as every other app. There is no real straightforward guide or instructions available as to how to make it work together, or how to get the most from the software overall. Zoho itself is literally zero help to customers unless you are an enterprise customer. They just tell you to go to a link and read a page of instructions, which would be fine, but maybe don't build a program that is so extensive in every way, then give us extremely poor and difficult to find and follow instructions. The only reason I don't give Zoho a 10/10 is because so far we have been offline for two weeks with all the drama of setting it up, nobody from Zoho will help at all, and it's cost us a mint and almost derailed our entire business. Any other business would have ditched them and moved on. Zoho doesn't talk to you on the phone or offer any real service as far as I can see. If I am wrong, they need to make this stuff more obvious, like they should make it more obvious on how to actually use this program. Consider a book: "Zoho for Dummies" When I buy a program, I don't want to then have to go and hire an independent consultant to show me how to use it effectively. What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

No Idea? I am still trying to work out how to use it. Unfortunately, when you are running two businesses and then you hit the zoho solution, the first thing you need to do is take two weeks off work so that you can learn how to use the program properly. I couldn't tell you what Zoho Learn does because that's probably number 1568 on my list of zoho instruction guides I have to read or watch to even find that out. "The best Learning Management System for Small to Mid organizations"

What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

We use this LMS for our various certification programs. Ease of use is smooth and straightforward. Although their customer support is not available much but their guide and documentation is good enough. I must admit that they have plenty of features which are really helpful in our org. What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

Their API integration is not straghtfoward as it requires multiple dev discussions. It was hectic to give a new learner access to the certification program. Our learners reported that they faced a log-out issue frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to launch 3 certification courses. Zoho learn helped us building various certification programs and we hosted those courses and learning modules on this platform. We also manage all of our learners on the platform directly. Now we have close to 50 paid learners that we manage their progress on the analytics section of this platform. "Finally an LMS that looks great, is easy to use and isn't janky!"

What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

I loved how easy it was to get setup on Zoho Learn and build my first course. Importing existing materials I had was a breeze and everything just works straight out of the box. Not to mention how cheap it is compared to what else is out there.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

I found the pricing a bit confusing and annoyed that one of the key features (file upload size) isn't mentioned on the pricing page.

Basic (Free) 100mb upload limit (per file)

Express 400mb upload limit (per file)

Professional - 1000mb upload limit (per file)

I have tried many LMS System for my organization but i found Zoho Learn is very much suitable for my organization. It is very easy to use and easy to implement learning management system. I can easily add outside of organization learners in the learning, which is very much helpful for our remote employees as well customers to learn the course content.
