What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

The platform is extremely straight forward, easy to use, fast, and familiar, making my transition from Google Docs based knowledge center practically seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

So far I can't see any negatives, I know they will appear eventually, but it has fully met and exceeded my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

My goal is to set my business up to quickly scale it. I have been busy creating extensive documentation to ensure that any new members to my team will know exactly what to do in almost every situation on the job. I was building it out in Google Docs but in my opinion, the sharing process can get messy there, so I knew I would be expanding to some sort of knowledge base / resource center type software. I was initially planning to use a self hosted solution, but now I think that is completely unnecesary considering what Zoho Learn has shown me it has to offer throughout my trial. Not to mention the price literally makes it a no brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
