What do you like best about Wiz?

- Very clean UI

- Impressive functionality and detailed functions, you always find a new way to tackle problems

- No alert fatigue due to the very good contextualization

- Fast and supportive support team

- Onboarding was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with a provider

What do you dislike about Wiz?

- Sometimes you are overwhelmed by the many ways to tackle issues

What do you like best about Wiz?

Having used many other CSPM and CNAPP tools, I've found Wiz to be by far the best. It is incredibly easy to use and provides a great amount of detail - we have teams using Wiz just to understand our environments better, regardless of the security findings (which are also incredibly rich). I'm in the tool daily, for all manner of reasons - inventory, security findings, end of life technologies, compliance reporting, absolutely all sorts.

Implementation was a breeze, including integrations with Jira which we use for ticketing - unlike many of the competitors the integration is way more developed so we can get issues to our teams much quicker and in a reliable way.

Customer support has been fantastic, with dedicated resource as well as an easy to use support portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wiz?

It does feel like Wiz has expanded very quickly so it sometimes feels like parts are a little disjointed. The querying is very powerful but sometimes when you have results in a table there are quality of life items missing - for example you can only sort by specific fields, even though you have many columns available.

They have also been changing the licensing model recently which has been quite disappointing - previously as an Advanced customer we had access to everything, but now there are a number of add-ons. Even more disappointingly, this wasn't for new features but some features were taken from our license and added to an add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wiz?

Wiz gave us a single pane of glass for cloud security .

This agentless and mostly hassle-free onboarding presented us a impressive cloud scanning and instant visibility.

We undeerstood along the way with Wiz platform that In cloud security, not every alert is an actual issue, and being able to tune out low/none-risk findings without losing visibility is priceless.

This is where we stopped chasing shadows and start fixing real vulnerabilities

Wiz allow us to beef up on code security, runtime scanning and live alerting all consdlidated to a single platform

What do you dislike about Wiz?

not such a drawback but a scope of work not fully present in the begininng

wiz is a high velocity evolving product, constantnly changes fixes and new add ons/features

What do you like best about Wiz?

I love that the product goes deeper into insights, our company used Prisma Cloud before switching to WIZ and the level of detail we got out of WIZ verse Prisma was significantly greater. What do you dislike about Wiz?

What I dislike about WIZ is the fact that you can’t dismiss an alert if it is a false positive, you can only ignore it. I also don’t like they keep building out these cool products and putting them in preview mode for everyone then come back and charge an arm and a leg for it. Our company sets budgets for the year so having to try and justify why we need to add an additional license has made us say no to certain parts of their new licensing model. Not being able to create custom rules in Rego without upgrading the license is a pain

What do you dislike about Wiz?

The dashboard reporting could be improved. Currently, it lacks the ability to report on multiple projects in a single view, which would enhance its utility for managing complex environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wiz?

As a Cloud native organisation, a holistic CNAPP platform was vital for us.

Wiz was extremely easy to set up for 100% coverage across AWS, GCP and Azure. We managed to operationalise and democrocatise security across 100+ development teams within a few months.

New (and existing additional) features such as the run-time sensor, Wiz Code and Wiz Defend are compelling. All features and integrations within Wiz work seamlessly without effort.

What do you dislike about Wiz?

The Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) part of the platform could be improved from a coverage perspective by adding a Data Catalog. Overall the DSPM offering is good (due to the contextual risk / attack path analysis) but it is below the capability of pure play DSPM vendors.

Reachability analysis could potentially be improved.

Root cause analysis dashboards would be very helpful from a vulnerability management perspective rather than delving into reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wiz?

Migrating from PrismaCloud to Wiz was a game-changer for us. The implementation was incredibly smooth—even without dedicated security engineers on my team. Wiz is intuitive, easy to use, and provides deep visibility into our environment. The data discovery capabilities have been a huge benefit, helping us quickly identify sensitive data exposure and mitigate risks. The platform also excels at detecting lateral movements, uncovering secrets, and strengthening our overall security posture.

The customer support has been outstanding, and our account executive, along with our SA, made the entire process seamless. We rely on Wiz daily, and it has made a significant impact on our security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wiz?

Initially, Wiz had a simple pricing model with one SKU that included everything, which made budgeting straightforward. However, their shift to multiple SKUs has complicated planning and made securing additional funding more challenging. What do you like best about Wiz?

Wiz was deployed a few months ago with easy and fast implementation and integration with our Jira and Microsoft Teams.

The UI is very cool and easy to navigate, and the context help is amazing!

What do you like best about Wiz?

What we like best is to have a complete view of our cloud infrastructure without the need for complex configurations or installing agents, which meant that we started using it in record time.

Wiz features allow us to accurately identify threats, which improves our security management in our cloud infrastructure. In addition, the integration with our ticketing tool allows us to improve our DevSecOps process.
