It has an intiutive interface with lots of great features from Q&A, Polling and Surveys. The ability to embed in PPT (and inherit designs) is great. Embedding in a Teams meeting is also super handy. The ability to export data into an excel file is also very useful. The support team has been fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Somtimes a tad simplistic, some features like Q&A and polling could benefit from being able to create sections to make the running of a larger session easier. While the PPT add-in is great sometimes it can be a little hit or miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- variety of ways to encourage engagement, measure participation, facilitate Q&A, etc.
- love that it can be integrated into MS Teams platform and is mobile/app enabled
- appreciate the option to allow users to be anonymous as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there is power in allowing participants to be anonymous with their responses, I do wonder if there should be a way to encourage better follow-up. Sometimes not all questions can be addressed in the time we have and if there was a way to understand 'who' posted a question that needs addressing offline, that would be useful. I also think the reporting feature could be a bit more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Vevox for running Word Clouds, Polls, Q&As for events we hold to garner real-time audience insights. Whilst I have watched all the YouTube videos, the support I receive from the team, Izzy in particular is exceeds all expectations. Thank you Izzy and team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides. For me, it is a super slick platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used Vevox to bring interactivity to the online sessions I was leading and the tool did a brilliant job there. It's easy to use, very intuitive and user-friendly.
I also used it to facilitate Q&A sessions after the meetings, and Vevox did very well in this aspect too. I like the option to give "thumbs up" to questions - that way a facilitator can answer the most 'liked' questions first. I also like the functionality of hiding the already answered questions. With this, it's easier to track which questions were already answered and which still need to be answered.
I also used Vevox polls many times to check the level of knowledge of participants during my sessions. In this aspect, Vevox was very useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When using Vevox as a build in app in Microsoft Teams, some people who were using Teams on iOS devices couldn't access Vevox straight from Teams (they had to open a separate Vevox app and use it there). Would be great if mobile devices' users were able to use Vevox directly in Teams calls, without having to open it separately as an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple user interface for setting up the polls. The different types of poll, numerical, wordcloud etc are really good and add variety to the session that I run. Also great that the results are saved and easily accessed after the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Might have missed it but I cant see much integration with MS Powerpoint. That would help in that I would be able to run polls without coming out of the PPT and back in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the survey options and question types are a bit limited which means you can't run all types of surveys and questionnaires on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
