Great interface, easy to use, love the built in QR code to make it easy for participants to join the live poll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a ton, would love to see more ranking and prioritization kinds of tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Firstly, Vevox is so easy to use. The dashboard is intuitive, and it's so quick to set up and share questions. I like the range of question types and just LOVE the pedagogy webinars. If you work in education and are keen to focus, engage, challenge, and enthuse your students, then you should really watch these!
In the webinars, academics share how they have used Vevox to really make a difference with their students. This isn't just about gadgets - they are creative and thoughtful educators, and their ideas are inspirational. They have understood the challenges for their students (not engaging, not focusing, feeling lost, not having a voice, doing the minimum...), and they've used Vevox to make a difference.
These are the kind of things they share... Vevox is anonymous and, as some students prefer to raise questions or answer this way, they find out more and give more students a voice. Word clouds are great for starting discussions in class, so it doesn't have to be a silent (or remote) experience. Set questions to find out how students are getting on, not just what they know - this helps us better understand them and their challenges.
And it's not just multiple choice - academics have made a real impact on the quality of learning by engaging students in co-creating their modules or diving into independent learning projects. In each case, Vevox has facilitated the process, and the users found that the (easy peasy) export options helped them capture responses and ideas to take things forward.
Thanks to the brilliant team at Vevox for organising and sharing - thanks guys! And particular thanks to Fraser Hill and Brogan Milligan, our own contacts. They genuinely feel like part of our extended team rather than customer support at an external company. Vevox does this so well!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've got quite a few sessions on my dashboard, so it would be handy to tidy them up with some kind of folder system - this is just me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vevox is institutional recognised and easy to use in most cases because of its clarified design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The navigation to the questionnaire could be easier through scanning the created QR code. Sometimes it leads to home page and some users struggle to find the actual questionnaire pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that Vevox integrates well with Teams and there's no need to handsets or for people to type in an URL, but also great that you can do that if needed.
The quiz/polling feature is fun and easy to control and set up and can be added to in real time if required. I liked that you can stop and start and give feedback and results when you want to. Anonymity of the platform makes users comfortable in giving feedback.
Very intuative interface and like that it is customisable.
Word clouds are a good ice breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're giving presentations and also running the meeting it's a lot of screens to juggle, but as with most platforms good to have a buddy to run the meeting alongside which would eliminate this issue. Otherwise really like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The admin user interface is easy to use. Creating short poll questions with answers takes only a few minutes to make any virtual training session interactive and engaging. Once the list of questions is created, we only need to insert the ID numbers into the Vevox app (that was added to the team meeting beforehand). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No "faster correct answer is rewarded with more points" option exists, so an intense quiz competition is not easy to create. I also miss the team competition option, where we can pre-create teams that participants can join and run the quiz as a group challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of the software it was makes Bevox so great. The range of communication styles to engagement employees is fantastic, suitable for large groups down to small groups. You can bring a conversation to life using the tools available, engaging the audience and capture their attention.
The flexible options for employees to remain anonymous was always a winner factor during my time using the platform for colleague engagement.
I also loved the download of data after being straight forward and simple and easy to analyse as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I had any negatives about Vevox. The only negative experience I had was the security levels on browsers through my employer prevented some functionalities to work. But this was minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Super-simple app that let's me create quick surveys and polls for my team when I need to gather some feedback & opinions, or even run a poll on what we should do for a summer party! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be hard convincing people that yes, you do need to download yet another app please, although this is mitigated by the web version of Vevox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is exceptional and super-responsive. Faultless. (Thank you Izzy)
Comprehensive YouTube videos for all of the functions that Vevox has to offer.
