How long it takes to learn ALL of the capabilities. Sometimes it will update with no previous warning and throw our attendees and ourselves for a loop. Also, I miss the subsessions I had available in CrowdCompass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used Cvent for a while, so I've seen the evolution of the mobile app and session selection. It is worlds better than it was even a few years ago. I think for designers, Attendee Hub and mobile app are limiting. I also would love to have more flexibility with how the sessions are presented (especially session groups) to make it easier for our registrants to see the group itself. And I would LOVE for a button that says "I'm done selecting my sessions." So that people aren't confused whether they've selected or not. Make it suuuuuper clear. Seamless integration with event build and registration makes the app a true extension of the registration, without the additional steps required from external app solutions. Having it within one interface allows our security team to feel more confident in the storage and management of our attendee data without requiring multiple APIs or integrations that pose additional risk. Building the app is not intuitive. There are too many options in different places, buried under drop-down lists or sub-menus, which makes it difficult to add content easily. I also dislike the scaling options/limitations for adding photos, logos, etc. It would be so much easier if Cvent automatically cropped an image in the same shape, e.g. not cutting off the top and bottom of a square logo and leaving white space on the sides.
