What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?

Attendee Hub is very user-friendly, both from an event attendee perspective, and on the backend for administrators of the event. The sync to Cvent registration makes the log-in process and updating the website/app simultanteously a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?

Attendee Hub is not the least expensive option on the market. While there are cheaper apps for very basic events, this app is more comprehensive and thus comes with a higher pricetag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?

Cvent Attendee Hub was very easy to use both from my side in implementing it and from the attendee/user side. When planning my event Attendee Hub was the easiest and most convenient place to keep all the details about each speaker and exhibitor, as well as have the speakers and exhibitors provide information themselves. That feature alone saved me probably 30+ hours of getting people to respond to me and give me the info and then importing it myself. The customer support is also top notch. They were always quick to answer any questions and were with me every step of the journey from purchase to debrief of the event. We received tons of popsitive feedback about the app from our event attendees and our download rate of Attendee Hub compared to the app we used last year doubled. Attendee Hub is very easy to integrate into things you've already been doing for your event. Overall, it's intuitive, customizable, and did almost everything I needed and wanted it to do. What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?

There aren't many things on the "con" side of the pro/con list for Cvent Attendee Hub. Some people's spam filters filtered the emails from Attendee Hub into their junk/spam folders, but I don't know that there's really anything to be done about that. I'd love for there to be a way to insert pictures into the body of the custom pages that you can create, but ultimately that's more of a preference and the feature still works for what it needs to be. Simple to build and populate. Provides indepth information about all program activities, speakers, and content. It's a necessary tool to keep our attendees upto date and informed about all our events have to offer. What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?

We heavily utilized the functionality of the app. We found the push notifications very helpful to keep attendees updated during our weekend event. We also found that attendees enjoyed seeing pictures of fellow attendees and were able to see their schedule and were able to add or remove some events within the app.

What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?

If there is a fee associated with a session, attendees are not able to register and pay for the event within the app.

I did not like that pricing was connected to every registrant rather than considering registration types. We have many very young registrants who would not use the app, but we still had to pay for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
