What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

Being able to change to anything without our domain is very useful in sending out targetted campaigns. But the dedicated IP provided for us helped improve our overall deliverability. This helped us reach out to more of our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like is the send ability can be a bit limited as when you send out to a new list, customer support stops the sending and emails a list of questions asking what are you sending, etc. which I felt it was very intrusive . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
