What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

Sengrid has been such a wonderful system to use to keep track of the emails being sent out by our automatic system. The ability to check if emails bounced, have been blocked, if the emails were opened and even clicked on has been severly helpful in our efforts to educate our guests/customers about the importance of confirmation emails and accountability. What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

One small thing that really bums us about (seniors here) would be the limited dates you can use you generate emails sent to a specific email address. Would be very nice to maybe push it to 3 months if possible however other than this, Sengrid is just wonderful

I haven't been able to try as SendGrid automatically blocked our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

On setting up the integration from Azure, Sendgrid didn't work, as it automatically blocked our account.

Raising a support request is difficult, because of being unable to sign in. Once we did manage, there was no response from support either.
