Makes the employment verification work a piece of cake. Before Truework, it was something that took up an hour a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truework?

That all entities requesting employment verifications don't use it. We still get the occasional voicemail asking for employment verification, although we indicate in our OGM to go through Truework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Truework?

Truework makes it easy for employees to get their employment verification letters quickly (just have to go to the site and request it), making it a surprisingly delightful experience and preventing HR from becoming a bottleneck. In addition, HR can direct external verifiers to Truework, saving the HR team hours.

We appreciate that the tool integrates with Zenefits, our HRIS system. We have also leveraged the COVID-19 health reporting, which gave us a simple solution when we needed one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truework?

We wish the COVID-19 health reporting had an option for sending out automated daily emails so that employees didn't need to remember on their own to go to the site and fill it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't have any negative feedback yet. I'm not sure that the COVID tool isn't mismatched, but I needed one anyway so... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Truework has helped make my job easier. We all know filling out verification forms for employees can be very time consuming. Truework has made this process simple and efficient by providing a service that is as easy as a click. Truework also does its best to be one of the first websites to pop up online when someone searches for your company and who to reach out to for an employment verification. What do you like best about Truework?

I love the entire team at Truework. They are always checking in to make sure that things are going okay on our end, giving us sneak peeks into new features, and prioritizing our needs if something goes wrong (which is really rare). Absolutely nothing. They charge $40 for something that is free, the results of their report is not even correct. Then they say they have to "fix a bug" in the software to get it right..... WTH Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truework?

No phone number on the website to call and talk to someone. The chat services is not available all the time, it comes and goes. The actual "service" is worthless and even damaging to getting a loan done because the information they provide isn't even accurate. I have paystubs that provide accurate information and does not come close to what they are reporting. The hire date is wrong, they blame the "company".... No accountability. What do you like best about Truework?

Much more user friendly than Verifax. Truework was easy to access and use. Time is of the essence and When security applications take too long to get into, or are not quick and efficient to use I will ask for the request in a different format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
