What do you like best about Truework?

Recommendations to others considering Truework:

I would recommend that all companies that can utilized this service should do so especially for the fast paced world that we live in now where fax machines and snail mail are going away and the need to verify employment is not going away especially with record low mortgage rates to buy house and refinance. My employees are buying and refinancing in record numbers and we got rid of our fax machine in 2013 so being able to just fill out an employment verification on the web no matter where I am at (if I'm teleworking or in the office) is such a huge help to me! "Lessens my Load"

What do you like best about Truework?

This product saves me time every day, which is invaluable. I love that my employees can have control over what they will allow, and I love that letter templates can be created and controlled by me. I love that it's integrated into a platform that we already use for payroll, and it was SO EASY to set up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truework?

Lengthy reviews still come to me, but that is fine because it's still cuts my workload down, which was the initial intent - finding products that make me more efficent. I wish there was a way they could reject the ones that are clearly not employed by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Truework solving and how is that benefiting you?

The day to day time spent doing employment verifications (simple ones) is gone! I simply tell the caller to go to the Truework website for the information they need and I'm done! Love the fact that this mundane task is totally eliminated and that my employees have control over whether they approve the verification or not. What do you like best about Truework?

Having completed many requests manually by printing, filling out by hand, scanning, and then emailing making a VOE request always a task that made it to the bottom of my to-do list. Now with Truework it is a task that I can complete easily and promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Truework?

I just completed my first employment verification using Truework and it was the easiest employment verification that I have ever done. It was quick and easy with a fillable form instead of the standard long-form that is usually used. A much faster turnaround for the multiple VOEs we receive on a weekly basis is the greatest benefit to our employees, for sure. An electronic confirmation of the details submitted. I would like to save the contact details and the submission in an electronic file in the event I need to contact the company and the contact in the future as well as provide the employee information on who I submitted their details to.
