What do you like best about Seceon Open Threat Management Platform?
I really value its ability to provide comprehensive visibility across the environment while making threat detection and response simple and automated. The platform brings together SIEM, UEBA, IDS, and threat intelligence in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort for the security team. Its user‑friendly interface and actionable alerts make it easy to pinpoint and mitigate threats quickly — a huge advantage when every second counts in cybersecurity. What do you dislike about Seceon Open Threat Management Platform?
While Seceon OTM is very powerful, it can have a bit of a learning curve for new users due to its extensive features and configuration options. Additionally, I’d like to see more customization options in its dashboards and reports, as well as enhanced integration guides for certain third‑party tools. What do you like best about Seceon Open Threat Management Platform?
Seceon OTM provides a comprehensive platform that gives features like SIEM, SOAR, UBA/UEBA, NTA, EDR along with ML and AI integrated engine for correlating logs and alerts, which works the best for us. Secondly, it classifies devices into critical and non critical devices which helps us collect the logs from all critical devices and we can give low priority to logs from non critical devices. What do you dislike about Seceon Open Threat Management Platform?
There are a few stability issues when we need to take backup and while configuring the settings. We can say the product is not completely mature but it does its work well. We are currently using version 7.0 in our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
