I don't like the Scraper API because it's expensive and unreliable. Also, APIs can be difficult to use and often require a lot of coding to get the desired results. The fact that it's a black-box solution and provides little visibility into what's going on behind the scenes could be another drawback. The user interface is quite good, data transfer provision is a quite handy feature. Dashboard is quite handy in giving overview of the process.
