What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

I love that Field Service has been easy to implement and easy to adapt. We are in the process of implementing Field Service in a phased approach to our organizations nationwide. We are able to get our users trained and using the application in Production in less than a 2-month timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?

Mobile App performance can be improved. We rely on Geolocation and for our technicians to be hands-free when driving. We've had issues with the technician's On Location status not updating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

The app is flexible, easy to use, has a nice UI, and gets better and better with each release. We are enjoying the added customization options in recent releases as we're now able to build things out exactly how we want now, with added automation, etc to make life easier on our field techs. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?

It would be great if standard flows were available for use in SFS app rather than having to transition existing flows to the Field Service type. We like to have the process between desktop and mobile be similar in many instances which involves reusing existing flows at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the most customizable service tool for us. Any ideas we have about how to best service our customer we can implement and are not locked down to only one way of doing things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took a while to get things setup the way we wanted. Also training staff is critical, there could be more training for the dispatcher rolls and for the service techs in the field Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just finished implementation and we liked the end to end imlementation on the CRM, CPQ and FSL. The idea of having all of the data to analyze and run the business has been what we loved about this launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to send service appointments to construction workers in the field has been game-changing for our company. Having all the information about where they are, what they're doing, and who they have with them on their crew.
