What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?
I love that Field Service has been easy to implement and easy to adapt. We are in the process of implementing Field Service in a phased approach to our organizations nationwide. We are able to get our users trained and using the application in Production in less than a 2-month timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?
Mobile App performance can be improved. We rely on Geolocation and for our technicians to be hands-free when driving. We've had issues with the technician's On Location status not updating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
