"using QA.tech to automate testing process in Dealroom"
What do you like best about QA.Tech?

It's very easy to use QA.tech as someone with a non-technical background.

It helps me adjust my writing communication when reporting (as i can see how important it is to write clear steps).

We are still in early stages of implementing automated tests and this tool is very helpful, especially the way we can add Dependencies and Configs. Now I use it every other day to create all the tests we need, and soon we hope to get it all up and running regular tests.

Even complex cases of authentications were possible to be integrated in QA.tech tests cases.

The team is always available to clarify any questions, which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA.Tech?

Authentication configs were not so easy to set up, but with help from the team everything was clear!

Would be great to have an option to add comments to your tests - to remind you that later you need to add an extra dependency or step, for example, or even to share details with other team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"UX and frontend developer testing different frontends and integrations."
What do you like best about QA.Tech?

The automatic and non static part of it. We do have some Cypress tests running as well but this solution offers something as close to a human QA that we could get. Offering a lot more insights in to different issues that could occur in the UIs compared to the mora static version that Cypress represents.

Also the ease of use and the customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA.Tech?

There have been som minor issues but nothing the team at QA.tech hasn't helped us with or tried to fix for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QA.tech slashed our QA costs by over 80%"
What do you like best about QA.Tech?

Integrating QA.tech was straightforward. The AI suggests and runs tests automatically, so we no longer depend on outside consultants or spend days coordinating reviews. It’s freed us up to focus on product improvements and scaling. Deploying updates is now fast and painless—even when upstream systems like Fortnox change. If you’re spending too much on QA or stuck in slow feedback cycles, QA.tech is worth a look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA.Tech?

Sometimes the AI suggests tests that aren’t relevant, so there’s a bit of cleanup needed. But it’s a minor tradeoff for the time we save overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"First time in my (PM) career where I can setup & run tests without depending on developers!"
What do you like best about QA.Tech?

First time in my (PM) career where I can setup & run tests without depending on developers!

Testing now becomes the full teams responsibility. Previously only developers have been able to create and run tests as part of the dev cycle. Now PMs, UXers and Analysts are able to be equally engaged in testing our products.

The team behind QA.Tech has been a pleasure to work with in setting up the different products where we want to use their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA.Tech?

Nothing really comes to mind. Any questions we have had has been quickly answered and the QA.Tech team has been very engaged in our onboarding. Their offering is quite new so I expect more cool things to come soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally a way to automate testing to focus on what matters"
What do you like best about QA.Tech?

We are running a saas where uptime is critical - so to us, testing is core. As a fast growing startup we finally found a easy way to automate our testing. And to do it in a scalable way vs previous more manual setup in cypress. QA tech helps us focus on the business, and shipping features - not maintaining tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA.Tech?

Quite a new user - so have found any downsides yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QA Tech - the future is here!"
What do you like best about QA.Tech?

I like that it's intuitive to use. Capable product. Makes it easy to review and measure functionality in our product. Can't think of much else one would want for quality assurance for any web based application. Easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA.Tech?

Minor AI hallucinations at times, and visual UI bugs are not as easy to pick up on. Some suggested tests are not always needed, but likely a case by case kind of thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
