Pixiebob does not have a proper tagging system or tertiary filtering mechanism in place. This made it challenging when organizing and retrieving particular topics during the subsequent stages of research. I found quite irritating in Pixiebob is that the conversations are not threaded. Conversations appear disconnected with replies dispersed through individual threads and sub-threads. That the answers of the participants are not saved automatically so many had to repeat their answers.
