Paystand Pricing Overview

Paystand was able to provide the exact solutions that we needed for our business. As a fully remote/online business, we rely heavily on digital payments and specifically payment links sent via email. Paystand's integration with our ERP allows our team to seamlessly run the billing operations of our company. Every day, Paystand processes several payments for us via payment links and also provides a feature to charge extended pay customers on a monthly schedule.

The Paystand team worked to tailor the software to our needs so we did not have to change our internal operations too much as we transitioned to a new ERP. Our Paystand point of contacts reach out to us on a regular basis to ensure operations are smooth and we don't need any improvements. The online portal and analytics could be improved overall. The Dashboard is slow to load, hard to find specific payers. Paystand allows for the collection of payment tokens so customers can be charged on our end with their permission. It's not the easiest to manage multiple tokens in the Paystand online portal.
