What do you like best about oVirt?

The customisation of VM's and ability to manage them with ease.

Increasing VM Size and spec without drama

Moving and migrating works well(most of the time)

Vastly better than some of the competitors(vsphere) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about oVirt?

The need to rebuild the OS on major versions and the need for downtime to upgrade.

Struggles to migrate machines from host to host if they are large or busy

What do you like best about oVirt?

Ovirt is fully opensource, which is perfect.

Good for testing labs

Integrated tools (Cloudforms and manage-iq) works out of the box.

Nested Virtualization works nicely.

UI is really nice, tenant and tag definitions are perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about oVirt?

Can't be installed on Debian/Ubuntu.

Snapshot issues, When you create a snapshot, be careful.

Gluster Storage issues (not stable)

Cepth Storage issues (not stable)

What problems is oVirt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Virtualization, unfortunately on our production environments we had issues and we decomissioned oVirt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
