The customisation of VM's and ability to manage them with ease. Increasing VM Size and spec without drama Moving and migrating works well(most of the time) Vastly better than some of the competitors(vsphere)
Can't be installed on Debian/Ubuntu. Snapshot issues, When you create a snapshot, be careful. Gluster Storage issues (not stable) Cepth Storage issues (not stable) NFS problems.
